Where has American virtue gone that we, in fear of being told that we can not judge, turn our shoulders to those who preach the glories of lost liberty? What has our nation become that this is tolerated; that those who indulge in the sacrifices of the Greatest Generation can so disrespect their memory; that those who so easily live off the plate of another can so trash our nation's hallowed grounds of shared reflection?
These are people thoroughly emptied of American Virtue, of morality, and respect for the liberty of their fellow Americans. They have lost the meaning of responsible citizenship and as such have become the human waste of the tie-dye generation.
I speak to you who sully our nation, the unAmerican ...
You wallow in the liberty granted you by those you desecrate while thieving ever more from your neighbor and subsequent generations:
Get off and stay off of my liberty:
Come November, the choice could not be clearer at this point. Do we embrace our American heritage through candidates like Bill Randall running for NC-13, or do we fellate the socialist depravity of Rep. Brad Miller's (sometimes when it's dry it ain't a teat) record.
I end with a quote from Virgil Caine of washingtonreb:
These aren’t Americans. They are hollow caricatures of men. How glorious not to be amongst them. Heads held low, grubby little hands out, shoulders rounded…..pitiful little creatures.

You are deaf to the American people finally responding to the awfulness of the worst generation, the tie-dye generation.
All we are saying is give tea a chance....
your version of 'tea' should be dumped...in the trash.
ReplyDeleteThe Tea Party believes in liberty for all, and the constitution as it is written.
ReplyDeleteIt says much about you that you believe it should be trashed.
You make the point of this post.
you people supposedly believe (if you can call it that) in nothing that would help our nation. Based on the crazy output of your group, all I can gather is that you don't any America most of us want to live in.
ReplyDeleteNamely, no oversight of financial institutions, healthcare insurance that bankrupts all of us and freely is allowed to discriminate against hard working Americans who have pre-existing conditions and less fortunate senior citizens thrown out on the streets because they have to make a choice between healthcare and a roof over their heads. You would do away with Medicare and Social Security which were both created to protect senior citizens who cannot afford to take care of themselves.
Once again a commenter makes the point of this post.
ReplyDeleteThe Tea Party believes in the good that comes from liberty and a reliance on the constitution as it is written and intended through the federalist papers. Claiming that the The Party "believes in nothing that would help our nation" is an indication of what you think of liberty and our constitution.
Secondly, not breaking free from the convenience of distiled and biased talking points leads to statements like the one below in which not one point made is true.
"Namely, no oversight of financial institutions, healthcare insurance that bankrupts all of us and freely is allowed to discriminate against hard working Americans who have pre-existing conditions and less fortunate senior citizens thrown out on the streets because they have to make a choice between healthcare and a roof over their heads.
