According to, Rockingham Calender via News-Record.com Rep. Brad Miller is scheduled to speak in Yancyville.

It is unlikely, though, that Brad Miller will take questions or otherwise engage the electorate of NC-13. It remains to be seen if this will only be more stealth campaigning by Miller.
