A slap down for our president and bully.
I am beginning to think Drudge is right; the president got some bad news regarding Obamacare and the Supreme Court. In his arrogance he slipped.
Of course he slipped when he chose to focus taking over 1/6 of the US economy rather than leading us out of a depression.
He had his chance, now he is a failed president.

Today on the Glenn Beck program, with guest host, a sound bite of President Obama was played several times. Obama said that the healthcare bill was passed by a strong majority. As I recall the vote FOR was just one more than the votes AGAINST. So that is a strong majority?

The bipartisan vote was the vote against Obamacare.
ReplyDeleteHis idea of judicial activism, decisions one does not like, is not judicial activism. Judicial activism is the rendering of decisions based on rights or law found in the shadows of other words. Abortion is an excellent example. There is no right to abortion, nor is there a right to privacy. Such readings are the result of judicial activism and exist entirely as interpretation.
Lastly, there is nothing exceptional in about the court finding federal law unconstitutional.
