Romney's Nevada Win?

Last night (early morning really) with around 40% of the count in Romney was "winning" with 42%.

• In 2008  he won Nevada with 51%.

Whoopee!

(I put off this post, though, in hopes for a complete count being in by this morning.  It isn't . What's up?)
